Welcome to Barnet Storage. By accessing or using our storage services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Rental Agreement

- Payment: Rent is due on the first day of each rental period.
- Security Deposit: A refundable deposit is required at the time of signing the agreement.
2.2 Unit Access
Tenants are granted access to their storage units 24/7. Proper identification must be presented upon entry.
3. Use of Storage Units
Storage units are intended strictly for the storage of personal or business items. Prohibited items include:
- Hazardous materials
- Perishable goods
- Illegal substances
- Flammable items
Any storage of prohibited items will result in immediate termination of the rental agreement.
4. Tenant Responsibilities
4.1 Maintaining Security
Tenants are responsible for securing their units with robust locks. Barnet Storage is not liable for any loss or damage to stored items.
4.2 Insurance
It is strongly recommended that tenants insure their possessions. Barnet Storage does not provide insurance coverage.
5. Payment Terms
Rent must be paid in full by the due date. Late payments may incur additional fees and could lead to the suspension or termination of your rental agreement.
6. Termination of Agreement
Either party may terminate the rental agreement with a written notice 30 days in advance. Upon termination, tenants must vacate the storage unit and remove all belongings.
7. Liability
Barnet Storage is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the storage facilities.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Barnet Storage operates.
9. Amendments
Barnet Storage reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Tenants will be notified of any significant changes.
10. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the relevant arbitration association.
11. Privacy Policy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described therein.
12. Miscellaneous
- Entire Agreement: These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the parties.
- Severability: If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force.
- Waiver: Failure to enforce any right does not waive the right to enforce it later.
